Oakbrook Terrace, IL (June 4, 2010) – eTecc Communications, Inc. a leading provider of Web Site design and development services, today announced that they are acquiring Members Online, Inc., an Internet company specializing in Web Site Content Management, to expand its Content Management and Web Hosting custom base. 

The purchase of Members Online, based in Kennett Square, PA, further increases eTecc’s share in the client managed Web Site market. “Our services coupled with the Content Management System that Members Online customers already use will enable them to reach new customers, existing clients, and grow market share,” said Derek Meiresonne, president of eTecc. “The acquisition is also expected to result in greater efficiencies and significantly increases of our own market share,” added Mr. Meiresonne.

Both companies are in the process of finalizing the integration of the new clients and procedures however, has assured all new clients of a seamless delegation. “Our clients will continue to receive the same high quality service, which they have come to expect,” stated Kevin McCann, president of Members Online. Members Online, is now wholly owned and operated as an integral piece of eTecc Communications.
